We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake on our end. Please record an unboxing video when opening your order. If any item is missing, damaged, or wrong, we will issue a refund or accept a return accordingly — but you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the video as proof.
